What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for hard surfaces like concrete, driveways, patios and decks. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution for siding and roofs, where high pressure could cause damage. We choose the right method for each surface.
Is it safe for my plants, pets and kids?
Yes. Our soft wash uses eco-safe cleaning products. Before we start, we’ll let you know if anything should be moved or covered.
Do I need to be home during the job?
Usually not. For exterior work, we only need access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot.
Do you work for businesses too?
Yes. We clean storefronts, commercial buildings, churches and company vehicles.

How soon can you come out?
We respond quickly, and customers often mention our next-day visits. Call or text for the next available time.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn’t stop cleaning work. Staining and sealing need dry weather, so we reschedule those when needed and let you know.
How often should I have my house washed?
Most homes around Rochester look best with a wash once a year. Shaded sides that turn green with algae may need it sooner.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
At least once a year, usually after the leaves drop in late fall.
